Don’t worry, we won’t yell at you!
Condition at RhythmCycle with our motivating beginner classes! Start your spin-training with our beginner-workshop classes that open the door to people who want to try spinning in an encouraging atmosphere that doesn’t pressure riders to be a next-day spin extraordinaire. The RhythmRiding method has shown that within a few classes (five to seven) riders feel more comfortable catching the rhythm and seeing results.
“I'm so happy when I finish the class I'm like yay I did it, I feel good! I feel like oh my gosh I can do anything now,” Betty Bell, RhythmRider says.
Here’s the secret recipe that helps our beginner classes take the cake:
45 Minute Ride: Spin Trainers help condition new riders to build endurance. We make it easier by knocking off 15 minutes of class- but believe me, you’ll be sweating!
Step by Step: Instructors are on your team! Instructors help new riders set up their bikes, walk them through what the class is all about and demonstrate proper form while riding. All of the choreographed moves are explained to make sure riders master the moves while rockin’ the proper form.
Silliness: RhythmCycle’s inviting Scottsdale Spin community of newbies is known to shout out encouraging words throughout class. Join in the fun, class participation is encouraged.
Don’t be nervous! You won’t be able to stop smiling after class. After taking the beginners class riders prove to themselves that they can spin. So go home, stretch, drink some water and be sure to come back for Round 2!
