But don’t let this fool you. It is not a road biking class. The purpose of the RhythmRide is to maximize your calorie burn, get in great cardio shape while having fun rocking out to great music. The music and the beat is the motivation to the ride! All levels are encouraged. Beginners are just as successful as the intermediate rider. At RhythmCycle the only attitude you will get is POSITIVE.
